The VPSI Service Desk is the main contact point for all questions and issues from users in relation to our services.

Our opening hours

Service Desk hours (counter for logging all support requests)
from Monday to Friday
08:00 to 18:00
The support requests assigned to the second level of support are handled from 08:00 to 17:00.
